The Wormhole team announced via X on Wednesday that Blast is now supported on its platform. The support means that Blast is now connected to 30+ chains, enabling developers to build natively multichain.

Blast is an Ethereum L2 that offers native automated rebasing and gas sharing. As an optimistic rollup, it also provides a secure, low-cost, developer-friendly execution layer for seamless decentralized app development.

Wormhole is a decentralized bridge between blockchains that enables the transfer of assets and data across different blockchain networks. It aims to facilitate interoperability and expand the capabilities of blockchain technology. W is trading at $0.533, down by 6% in the last 24 hours.
