On Tuesday, the Pancakeswap team told its community via X that it had a deflation of 436k CAKE ($1.16M).

Pancakeswap’s Deflation Hits 436k CAKE Tokens Last Week

On Tuesday, the Pancakeswap team told its community via X that it had a deflation of 436k CAKE ($1.16M). The deflation figure comes after AMM V2 burned 101k CAKE ($270k), down 39%, and AMM V3 destroyed 410k CAKE ($1.09M), down 4%. AMM Infinity also destroyed 5.1k CAKE ($13.5k).  Other Sources (Prediction, Perpetual, etc.) burned 73k CAKE ($194k), up 9%.

PancakeSwap is a BNB Chain-based decentralized exchange (DEX) with an automated market maker (AMM) model for swapping BEP-20 tokens. CAKE is down 1.1% today and is currently trading at $2.639.
