The Pancakeswap team informed its community members via Twitter on Wednesday that they are proposing a 0.01 CAKE/block reduction to BNB Chain v3 Farm emissions.
The team proposes to reduce v3 BNB Farm Emissions from 0.74 CAKE/block to 0.73 CAKE/block immediately. This gradual optimization will ensure that Pancakeswap gets closer to ultrasound CAKE while ensuring that the team maintains its leading position on BNB Chain.
PancakeSwap is a BNB Chain-based decentralized exchange (DEX) with an automated market maker (AMM) model for swapping BEP-20 tokens. CAKE is up by 4% today and is currently trading at $1.546.
