A trading cryptocurrency guide must provide reviews of all of the top crypto exchanges out there, so that you can find the best cryptocurrency exchange site for you. This review of ZebPay consists of four parts: general information, fees, deposit methods and security.
ZebPay is a coin exchange from India. It is far from the only one. As you might expect from the country with the world’s second biggest population, there are many. A non-exhaustive list includes – in addition to this exchange – Koinex, EthexIndia, BITSSA, Unocoin and WazirX.
ZebPay does not explicitly state that US-investors are prohibited from trading. Accordingly, we do believe that US-investors can trade here. But we don’t want to guarantee this. Many US-investors are from states with specific restrictions and obstacles and you should always form your own opinion on the permissibility if you’re from America.
ZebPay Trading View
Different exchanges have different trading views. And there is no “this overview is the best”-view. You should yourself determine which trading view that suits you the best. What the views normally have in common is that they all show the order book or at least part of the order book, a price chart of the chosen cryptocurrency and order history. They normally also have buy and sell-boxes. Before you choose an exchange, try to have a look at the trading view so that you can ascertain that it feels right to you. The below is a picture of the trading view at ZebPay:
ZebPay Trading fees
The trading fees for takers charged by this trading platform are 0.25%. This is in line with the industry average. The exchange also offers a discount to the makers in each deal. Makers only have to pay 0.20%.
ZebPay Withdrawal fees
This exchange charges a “dynamic withdrawal fee” based on the network pressure when it comes to BTC. At the time of writing this review, such fee amounted to 0.000266 BTC. This fee is lower than many of ZebPay’s competitors, but there are also exchanges that don’t charge any withdrawal fees at all.
ZebPay offers wire transfer as a deposit method, but you can’t deposit via credit card. This of course negative news to you if you would prefer to use your credit card for any reason. To find an exchange accepting credit card deposits, use our Exchange Finder and we’ll guide you to the right choice.
ZebPay’s security score is F, when performing the test at Observatory by Mozilla (https://observatory.mozilla.org/). This is below industry average when it comes to top crypto exchanges.
The exchange reviewed above is what we call an “entry-level exchange”. This means that this exchange also makes it possible for someone to enter the cryptocurrency market with fiat currency. There are numerous entry-level exchanges out there, including (but not limited to):
