Chainlink announced via X (formerly Twitter) on Friday that XSwap is officially joining the Chainlink BUILD program. XSwap is a cross-chain swaps protocol that is powered by Chainlink CCIP.
As a part of the BUILD program, XSwap seeks to accelerate ecosystem growth and long-term adoption of cross-chain asset swaps by gaining enhanced access to Chainlink’s industry-leading oracle services and technical support, as well as incentivizing greater cryptoeconomic security.
In return, XSwap will make 6.5% of its total native token supply available to Chainlink service providers, including stakers.
Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is down by 8% over the past 24 hours and is trading at $15.024 at press time.
