Phemex To Support Crypto And DeFi Research At Université Paris Dauphine-PSL

Cryptocurrency exchange Phemex has revealed that it would support crypto and DeFi research at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.

Cryptocurrency trading platform Phemex is doing its part to support research on cryptocurrencies and the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems. 

Université Paris Dauphine-PSL, the renowned institution of higher education, announced in a press release on Tuesday, that is collaborating with the global crypto exchange Phemex. 

According to the press release, Professor Herve Alexandre will be the one to lead the research on DeFi and crypto in an educational space. 

Phemex crypto is a Singapore-based trading platform and has been around since 2019. It is currently one of the leading crypto derivative exchanges and records over $6 billion in daily trading volume. Furthermore, Phemex provides services to over five million users globally. 

Université Paris Dauphine-PSL said the research would be led by Prof. Alexandre, a well-known and respected professor of Finance at the institution. 

Professor Herve Alexandre commented that;

"My interest in cryptocurrency is something that I have always wanted to share with the world, and I am thrilled Phemex asked me to join forces with them. I have been really impressed with what the platform offers, and I am really looking forward to working together with them to further develop and explore the future of DeFi cryptocurrency."

The only French university with the EQUIS accreditation (European Quality Improvement System), Dauphine-PSL is ranked among the 15 best universities in the world in mathematics and is growing a strong international reputation.

The Phemex team is supporting the cryptocurrency and DeFi research due to how high it rates Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.
