Pancakeswap’s Deflation Tops 546k CAKE Tokens Last Week

On Tuesday, the Pancakeswap team told its community via X that it had a deflation of 546k CAKE ($1.53M). The deflation figure comes after AMM V2 burned 129k CAKE ($360k), up 5%, and AMM V3 destroyed 483k CAKE ($1.35M), up 1%. AMM Infinity also destroyed 5.3k CAKE ($14.7k).  Other Sources (Prediction, Perpetual, etc.) burned 81k CAKE ($228k) -11%, up 26%.

PancakeSwap is a BNB Chain-based decentralized exchange (DEX) with an automated market maker (AMM) model for swapping BEP-20 tokens. CAKE is up 2.2% today and is currently trading at $2.821.
