On Tuesday, the Pancakeswap team told its community via X that it had a deflation of 587k CAKE ($1.36M).

Pancakeswap’s CAKE Deflation Tops 587k Last Week

On Tuesday, the Pancakeswap team told its community via X that it had a deflation of 587k CAKE ($1.36M). The deflation figure comes after AMM V2 burned 153k CAKE ($354k), down 10%, and AMM V3 destroyed 499k CAKE ($1.16M), up 6%. AMM Infinity also destroyed 2.6k CAKE ($6k).  Other Sources (Prediction, Perpetual, etc.) burned 82k CAKE ($190k), up 4%.

PancakeSwap is a BNB Chain-based decentralized exchange (DEX) with an automated market maker (AMM) model for swapping BEP-20 tokens. CAKE is down 4.1% today and is currently trading at $2.244.
