Pancakeswap Burned Another 814k CAKE Tokens Last Week

On Tuesday, the Pancakeswap team told its community via X that it had a deflation of 814k CAKE (-$2.24m). The deflation figure comes after AMM V2 burned 262k CAKE ($721k), up 39%, and AMM V3 destroyed 469k CAKE ($1,293k), up 112%. AMM Infinity also destroyed 8.0k CAKE ($22.1k).  Other Sources (Prediction, Perpetual, etc.) burned 75k CAKE ($207k), down 7%.

PancakeSwap is a BNB Chain-based decentralized exchange (DEX) with an automated market maker (AMM) model for swapping BEP-20 tokens. CAKE is down 1.7% today and is currently trading at $2.67.
