Korean Entertainment Giant Dreamus Powers Ticketing Platform with Avalanche

The Avalanche team announced via a blog post on Tuesday that Dreamus, the entertainment events and streaming pioneer supporting globally known K-pop stars and most South Korean concert ticket sales, is now using Avalanche.

The Avalanche team announced via a blog post on Tuesday that Dreamus, the entertainment events and streaming pioneer supporting globally known K-pop stars and most South Korean concert ticket sales, is now using Avalanche. The 21M loyalty users of its popular ticketing app, OK Cashbag, can now buy Avalanche-backed tickets in just a few clicks.

Dreamus, a subsidiary of the tech giant SK Planet, is using Avalanche for two purposes: to improve the ticketing experience and to widen its sizable lead in the $230M Korean concert ticket industry. Following this latest development, OK Cashbag is available to all South Koreans.

Avalanche is an open-source platform for launching Decentralized Finance (DeFi) applications and enterprise blockchain deployments in an interoperable, highly scalable ecosystem.AVAX is up by 2% so far today and currently trades at $9.57 per coin.
