Injective’s INJ 3.0 Governance Proposal is Now Live

The Injective team informed its community via X on Friday that the INJ 3.0 governance proposal is now live. If the proposal passes, the largest upgrade to $INJ's tokenomics will occur, making it one of the most deflationary assets to date.

The team added that INJ stakers and validators have 4 days to vote for IIP-392. The new proposal would directly reduce the supply of INJ rapidly.

Injective is an open, interoperable layer-one blockchain for building powerful DeFi applications. Injective uniquely provides plug-and-play financial infrastructure primitives, such as a high-performance on-chain decentralized exchange infrastructure, decentralized bridges, oracles, and a composable smart contract layer with CosmWasm. INJ is trading at $29.09, down by 1% in the last 24 hours.
