The Immutable team announced via X on Wednesday that Immutable zkEVM Shanghai Hard Fork is complete with zero downtime during the upgrade.

The Immutable team announced via X on Wednesday that Immutable zkEVM Shanghai Hard Fork is complete with zero downtime during the upgrade. 

The team added that Immutable zkEVM will continue to have the backing of Ethereum-grade security alongside the best infrastructure possible so all developers can thrive. They now fully support Solidity 0.8.20 onwards alongside Open Zeppelin v5.0.

Immutable X is an L2 scaling solution for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on Ethereum, with instant trading, massive scalability, and zero gas fees for minting and trading with shared security with the Ethereum mainnet. IMX is down by 1% today and is trading at $2.9584 at press time.
