The Avalanche Foundation announced via a blog post on Monday that Ava Labs has entered into a strategic partnership with Gamestarter. Gamestarter has now launched GameChain, a gaming-focused Layer 1. 

Powered by Avalanche, GameChain provides a secure, transparent, and efficient environment for gaming transactions. GameChain serves as the robust technological foundation of the Gamestarter ecosystem, simplifying the launch and operation of innovative blockchain-based games.

Thanks to this partnership, GameChain node holders may enjoy unmatched rewards with a distribution of 25% of the total $GAME supply and up to 10% of tokens from upcoming IDO launches on GamePad. They may benefit from receiving 35% of all transaction fees generated on-chain, enhancing the value and longevity of holding nodes significantly.

Avalanche is an open-source platform for launching Decentralized Finance (DeFi) applications and enterprise blockchain deployments in an interoperable, highly scalable ecosystem.AVAX is up by 12% so far today and currently trades at $40.86 per coin.
