On Thursday, the Hedera team announced via X that Citadel Wallet has become the first Hedera-native hardware wallet. By combining military-grade security with a user-friendly design, Citadel addresses a critical need for secure digital asset management on Hedera. It offers comprehensive support for HBAR, staking, smart contracts, and NFT services through an intuitive interface.

Hedera Hashgraph is a distributed public ledger infrastructure. According to the team, it offers significant improvements over existing blockchains in five areas: performance, security, governance, stability, and regulatory compliance.
