Binance to complete aquisition of Swipe Pay

Swipe is a prominent crypto Visa card provider offering crypto payment solutions to merchants. Binance will finalize the acquisition of Swipe, having purchased a majority stake in the payment company back in July 2020. 

According to Binance representatives, Once the deal has been completed Swipe’s CEO Joselito Liuzarondo will step down.
