In a Medium post on Tuesday, the Sandbox team announced that it has partnered with Knotfest and Slipknot to create the Knotverse. KNOTVERSE is a Web3 home for Slipknot and Knotfest metaverse experiences, concerts, and lifestyle in The Sandbox. 

Slipknot is an American heavy metal band that has been around since 1995, and Knotfest is a music festival created by the same band. 

The Sandbox is a virtual world built on the Ethereum blockchain, where players can build, own, and monetize their gaming experiences. SAND has added more than 10% to its value in the last 24 hours and currently trades at $2.9881 per token.
