The Near Protocol announced via X on Tuesday that the Near Foundation has partnered with Gauntlet to develop a new governance framework and drive the growth of the Near Protocol ecosystem.
The two entities will design a new stake-weighted governance framework and prepare a community proposal. They will also implement targeted initiatives to encourage meaningful on-chain economic activity.
NEAR Protocol is a decentralized application platform designed to make apps similarly usable to those on today’s web.
