Pulsar Money launches on Circle's Arc blockchain, offering a multi-currency stablecoin app with instant swaps, Visa payments, and AI-powered financial automation.

Pulsar Money Launches on Arc to Bring Multi-Currency Stablecoin Banking to Europe

Pulsar Money has announced that it will launch exclusively on Arc, the stablecoin-native Layer-1 blockchain developed by Circle, becoming one of the first consumer personal finance applications to join the network while it remains in testnet.

In a press release shared with Cryptowisser, the team stated that, designed primarily for the European market, Pulsar is a multi-currency stablecoin app that enables users to manage digital versions of major fiat currencies through regulated stablecoins and compliant financial infrastructure.

A Stablecoin App Built for Everyday Payments

Pulsar aims to simplify international money management by allowing users to hold multiple stablecoin balances—including digital US dollars, euros, and British pounds—within a single application.

Users will be able to hold multiple fiat-backed stablecoins in one wallet, instantly swap between supported currencies at near-zero cost, spend any available balance through a Visa card with lower foreign exchange (FX) costs, and manage funds through non-custodial accounts.

Currency conversions between USDC and EURC, both issued by Circle's regulated affiliates, will be powered by StableFX, Circle's institutional-grade foreign exchange engine for stablecoins. Support for additional fiat-backed stablecoins is expected to expand over time through regulated partners.

Pulsar's virtual Visa cards will be linked to non-custodial accounts and made available to residents in more than 110 countries.

The company also plans to introduce additional features, including stablecoin yield opportunities, advanced currency swap functionality, and expanded support for additional fiat-backed stablecoins.

These additions are intended to position Pulsar as a comprehensive financial platform for users seeking faster and more efficient cross-border money management.

While commenting on the launch, Alex Radu, CEO of Pulsar Money, stated that,

"Over the past months, we've been building Pulsar in close collaboration with a wider group of leading financial infrastructure teams to integrate with Arc. That work has shaped the product we're proud to bring to market: a consumer money app built around stablecoin payments, intelligent financial execution, and access to new onchain financial primitives. Building on Arc gives us the strategic foundation to push toward our mission of making money more efficient, more rewarding, and more personal."

One of Pulsar's longer-term goals is to introduce agentic payments, allowing artificial intelligence to automate routine financial tasks on behalf of users.

The company believes AI-driven financial automation can reduce friction in managing multi-currency assets while improving overall efficiency.

Pulsar Money is a multi-currency stablecoin app building toward becoming Europe's largest crypto consumer application. It offers virtual Visa cards to residents of 130+ countries and lets users hold and swap USDC and EURC with little to no fees, powered by Circle's StableFX. Built around MiCA-compliant stablecoins and infrastructure, Pulsar is launching on Arc — a stablecoin-native Layer-1 developed by Circle
