On Tuesday, the Pancakeswap team told its community via X that it had a deflation of 449k CAKE (-$1.12M).

Pancakeswap Burned Another 449k CAKE Tokens Last Week

On Tuesday, the Pancakeswap team told its community via X that it had a deflation of 449k CAKE (-$1.12M). The deflation figure comes after AMM V2 burned 165k CAKE ($413k), up 1%, and AMM V3 destroyed 343k CAKE ($857k), up 9%. AMM Infinity also destroyed 4k CAKE ($10k).  Other Sources (Prediction, Perpetual, etc.) burned 89k CAKE ($222k), up 6%.

PancakeSwap is a BNB Chain-based decentralized exchange (DEX) with an automated market maker (AMM) model for swapping BEP-20 tokens. CAKE is down 2.5% today and is currently trading at $2.37.
