DeFi platform Float announced via a Medium post on Thursday that it has integrated the Chainlink Price Feeds and Verifiable Random Function (VRF) on the Polygon mainnet. Chainlink Price Feeds provide Float with reliable price data of popular cryptocurrencies, which in turn allows the protocol to facilitate long- and short-leveraged tokenized exposure. It has also integrated the Chainlink VRF to support secure and transparent on-chain randomness.

Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is up by more than 2% over the past 24 hours and is trading at $7.005 at press time.
