The Fantom Foundation announced via Twitter on Friday that Lif3 is now active on its blockchain. Life3 is a complete multi-chain DeFi Ecosystem and brings an index of tradable assets where users can hedge against market volatility conditions and earn a share of all trading fees on the platform.

Fantom is building a programmable platform on a directed acyclic-graph-based distributed ledger. Fantom’s FTM coin is down by 6% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.4332.
