Chainlink announced via Twitter on Friday that the Chainlink node software version 2.0.0 is now available. The team explained that this update completes a series of recent changes that make it even easier for node operators to configure and maintain their Chainlink nodes, helping them enhance operational efficiency.
The 2.0.0 Chainlink Core node software release also paves the way for scaling and operating Chainlink services such as CCIP in a multi-chain world, the team added.
Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is down by 3% over the past 24 hours and is trading at $7.023 at press time.
