Chainlink announced via X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday that Beefy Finance has integrated Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) to help facilitate cross-chain token transfers for its native token.
By rapidly and securely connecting Beefy Finance’s xERC20 token contracts across its various chains, CCIP enables the seamless minting and burning of $BIFI so users can use Beefy on numerous blockchains.
Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is down by 1% over the past 24 hours and is trading at $14.160 at press time.
