On Wednesday, the Alchemy Pay team announced via a blog post that it has secured a Money Transmitter License (MTL) in the state of Kansas. With the addition of Kansas, Alchemy Pay now holds Money Transmitter Licenses in eleven U.S. states, including Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Wyoming, Arizona, and South Carolina. This license represents the third MTL secured by Alchemy Pay in the U.S. in 2025.
The Kansas MTL, regulated by the OSBC, formally grants Alchemy Pay the authority to conduct money transmission services for individuals and businesses within the state, supporting its mission to provide seamless fiat-crypto conversion services across the United States.
Alchemy Pay is a payment system focused on retail transactions at the point of sale and peer-to-peer remittance. Users can make payments using fiat, stablecoins, and other cryptocurrencies on traditional payment systems. Alchemy Pay’s ACH token is down 0.37% in the last 24 hours and trades at $0.007582.
