On Thursday, the Alchemy Pay team announced via a blog post that Alchemy Pay has successfully registered under Visa's new Ramp ProviSder Program. The Visa Ramp Provider Program, effective in multiple regions including APAC, CEMEA, Europe, LAC (excluding Brazil), the U.S., and Canada, provides a framework for third-party agents (TPAs) to convert fiat currencies into non-fiat currencies like Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), and vice versa.
Alchemy Pay’s collaboration with Worldpay and its authorization by Visa has played a pivotal role in this achievement. With this new registration, Alchemy Pay is set to play an even larger role in supporting merchants, businesses, and consumers as they navigate the expanding world of digital currencies.
Alchemy Pay is a payment system focused on retail transactions at the point of sale and peer-to-peer remittance. Users can make payments using fiat, stablecoins, and other cryptocurrencies on traditional payment systems. Alchemy Pay’s ACH token is down 6% in the last 24 hours and trades at $0.02439.
