On Thursday, the Alchemy Pay team announced via a blog post that it has integrated with Soneium, an Ethereum layer-2 developed by Sony Block Solutions Labs. Through this integration, Alchemy Pay enables global users to seamlessly purchase $USDC, $USDT, and $ASTR on Soneium with local fiat currencies and their favorite payment methods through its robust fiat on-ramp.

With Alchemy Pay now supporting $USDC, $USDT, and $ASTR on Soneium, users across 173 countries can tap into the ecosystem using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local mobile wallets and bank transfers.

Alchemy Pay is a payment system focused on retail transactions at the point of sale and peer-to-peer remittance. Users can make payments using fiat, stablecoins, and other cryptocurrencies on traditional payment systems. Alchemy Pay’s ACH token is down 6.4% in the last 24 hours and trades at $0.01977.
