On Monday, the Wormhole team announced via X that Monad’s native asset MON is now available natively on Solana, powered by the Wormhole NTT standard.
Wormhole powers the Monad Native Bridge, enabling seamless multichain transfers of native assets, such as MON and ETH, between Monad and Ethereum. This bridge will serve as an interface for asset transfers to and from Monad.
The Monad Native Bridge uses Wormhole's NTT standard and Axelar's General Message Passing for its infrastructure in a strategic alliance with Mayan, Pyth, and other leading infrastructure partners.
