On Thursday, the Chainlink team announced via X that Maple, an onchain asset manager with $1.9 billion in assets under management, has upgraded to Chainlink CCIP.
Maple has adopted the Cross-Chain Token (CCT) standard to make $500M+ of syrupUSDC natively transferable across Ethereum and Solana. Users can also natively mint the yield-bearing stablecoin on Solana, expanding Maple’s multi-chain reach and advancing its mission to deliver institutional-grade yield to onchain borrowers.
Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof data inputs and outputs for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is down 6.5% over the past 24 hours, trading at $12.92 at press time.
