Cryptocurrency and digital asset exchange KuCoin has listed hiBIRDS in its world premiere, with trading starting at 12:00 PM on January 5, 2023 (UTC).

hiBIRDS are fractionalized non-fungible tokens of the blue-chip NFT collection Moonbirds. Blue chip NFTs are considered high-value and stable digital products.

NFTs can be pricey, and fractionalized NFTs, such as hiBIRDS, allows more investors to take part in NFT trading. One million hiBIRDS is equal to one Moonbirds NFT.

Moonbirds are utility-enabled PFPs, and each one unlocks private membership and additional benefits the longer you hold it.

The Fracton Protocol lists several fractionalized NFTs on KuCoin, including hiMEEBITS and hiAZUKI. Their Twitter account says they “make pricey NFTs accessible for all traders.”

KuCoin trading fees apply to fractionalized NFTs as well. KuCoin offers a flat fee model of 0.10%, which is considerably below the industry average. Holding and paying with KCS will reduce your fees, depending on how much and for long you have held them.
