Bitget, a leading crypto exchange, has unveiled a new Web3 apprentice program aimed at nurturing the next wave of cryptocurrency leaders.

Embedded within Bitget’s corporate social responsibility efforts, this initiative provides a platform for aspiring leaders to flourish and inject fresh perspectives into the dynamic crypto sphere.

Rolling out initially in Europe, the Bitget COO Apprentice Program serves as a gateway for emerging professionals to explore the intricacies of Web3. Over the course of a three-month paid apprenticeship, participants will receive hands-on training and mentorship from Bitget’s senior leadership team, including COO Vugar Usi Zade.

Outstanding Performers Earn Exclusive Mentorship Trip to Dubai

This program equips participants with the requisite knowledge and skills to become impactful contributors to the ongoing development of the Web3 landscape. Moreover, it offers them the opportunity to experience remote work within a global corporate framework.

In the end, the top three participants will be awarded an exclusive, fully-funded mentorship trip to Dubai. This unique opportunity will grant them direct access to industry insights and facilitate networking opportunities alongside Bitget’s COO.

Usi Zade expressed that the program serves as "a springboard for aspiring Web3 enthusiasts and believers to leave their mark on the digital finance revolution."

Bitget Broadens Web3 Horizons

The Bitget COO Apprentice Program represents an expansion of previous initiatives, including the "Blockchain4Her" program launched earlier this year. These efforts underscore Bitget's commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the blockchain sector.

Research reveals that female-led blockchain startups currently secure only 6% of total funding in the industry, underscoring the importance of targeted initiatives such as "Blockchain4Her."

Furthermore, the program aligns with Bitget's overarching Blockchain4Youth initiative, initiated in May 2023 with a five-year commitment of $10 million.
