Rolling out initially in Europe, the Bitget COO Apprentice Program serves as a gateway for emerging professionals to explore the intricacies of Web3. In the end, the top three participants will be awarded an exclusive, fully-funded mentorship trip to Dubai. This unique opportunity will grant them direct access to industry insights and facilitate networking opportunities alongside Bitget’s COO.

The Bitget COO Apprentice Program represents an expansion of previous initiatives, including the "Blockchain4Her" program launched earlier this year. These efforts underscore Bitget's commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the blockchain sector.
Research reveals that female-led blockchain startups currently secure only 6% of total funding in the industry, underscoring the importance of targeted initiatives such as "Blockchain4Her."
Furthermore, the program aligns with Bitget's overarching Blockchain4Youth initiative, initiated in May 2023 with a five-year commitment of $10 million.
