On Thursday, the Near Protocol announced via X that Starknet has officially launched on NEAR Intents. With this integration, users can now leverage NEAR Intents to swap 120+ native assets from major chains to STRK with zero bridging steps and no chain-hopping.
It starts with STRK, but more assets will be added in the future for deeper Starknet integration. Developers can now integrate NEAR Intents into their app to offer seamless interoperability between STRK and these assets/chains.
NEAR Protocol is a decentralized application platform designed to make apps similarly usable to those on today’s web. The network runs on a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism called Nightshade, which aims to provide dynamic scalability and stabilize fees. NEAR is trading at $1.413, down 4.2% in the last 24 hours.
