The Graph to Adopt Chainlink Interoperability Standard

On Wednesday, the Graph Foundation announced via a blog post that The Graph will adopt the Chainlink interoperability standard, Chainlink CCIP, to bridge GRT across Arbitrum, Base, and Solana.

With the upcoming integration of Chainlink CCIP, The Graph seeks to enable secure, reliable GRT transfers across major networks while laying the foundation for broader cross-chain functionality.

Leveraging Chainlink CCIP, The Graph will establish secure and reliable bridges for GRT tokens. Once deployed, these bridges will enable seamless GRT transfers between Arbitrum, Base, and Solana. The first phase of CCIP implementation will focus on deploying the bridging infrastructure with cross-chain staking, delegation, and query fee payments coming to The Graph via future enhancements.

The Graph is an indexing protocol for decentralized applications that allows developers to access blockchain data efficiently. Developers can build subgraphs that define how to ingest, index, and serve blockchain data in a verifiable way. GRT, the native token of The Graph Network, is up 4.1% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.1166.

Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof data inputs and outputs for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is up 2.7% over the past 24 hours, trading at $16.32 at press time.
