Strategy’s Bitcoin Holding Hits 629k After Splashing Another $51m on BTC

Michael Saylor’s Strategy has acquired 430 bitcoins for $51 million at an average price of $119k, bringing its total stash to 629k.

Strategy Purchases 430 Bitcoins

Michael Saylor’s Strategy, the leading Bitcoin treasury company, added 430 Bitcoin to its stack last week. The company acquired these bitcoins at an average price of $119,666 each for a total of $51.4 million.

Thanks to this latest development, Strategy now holds 629,376 bitcoin purchased at an average price of $73,320 each. With BTC currently trading around $115k, Strategy’s Bitcoin stack is worth around $72 billion. 

Saylor also announced that the company is revising its at-the-market (ATM) equity issuance guidance. In the past, Strategy pointed out that it would not issue common stock when the shares were trading below 2.5x mNAV. However, the updated guidance now provides flexibility to issue equity below this threshold when deemed advantageous to the company.

Bitcoin is down by less than 1% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $115,133 per coin.
