OpenZeppelin Partners with Sui Network

On Wednesday, the Sui Foundation announced via X that OpenZeppelin has partnered with the Sui Network to bring smart contract development in Move to the next level. The two entities are building new, audited primitives that combine speed, composability, and security, empowering developers to build the best onchain apps.

With OpenZeppelin, Move developers will have access to trusted, audited smart contracts libraries and tools that will make it easier and safer to build on Sui. Throughout the partnership, OpenZeppelin will introduce an audited suite of smart contract primitives designed to support tokens, NFTs, RWAs, and a broad range of DeFi applications, as well as the OpenZeppelin Contracts Wizard and Contracts MCP for Move.

OpenZeppelin and Sui will also collaborate on initiatives that make it easier for developers to onboard, experiment, and deploy with confidence, including technical education, community programs, and real-world showcases of what secure Move development can achieve.

Sui is a Layer 1 blockchain designed to provide top-notch developer and user experiences backed by robust technological foundations. SUI is down 0.07% in the last 24 hours, trading at $2.493 per coin.
