On Friday, the LayerZero team announced via X that LayerZero has now launched on Swellchain. Swellchain is a restaking chain launched on the Superchain network.
With this latest development, some top crypto assets have already expanded to Swellchain using LayerZero's OFT Standard, including Ether.fi’s $weETH, Ethena Labs’ $USDe, Kelp’s $rsETH, and Swell Network’s $SWELL, $swBTC, $rswETH, and $swETH. Furthermore, holders can bridge these OFTs using Superbridge and Stargate Finance.
LayerZero is an interoperability protocol designed to facilitate seamless communication between different blockchains. It aims to create a unified, interconnected blockchain ecosystem where assets and data can move freely across various networks. ZRO trades at $5.348, up 1% in the last 24 hours.
