KuCoin Web3 Wallet Adds Limit Orders and Intent-Based Trading

KuCoin Web3 Wallet adds intent-based swaps and limit orders through UniswapX, PancakeSwapX and 1inch integrations for crypto and tokenized assets.

KuCoin Web3 Wallet Adds Limit Orders and Intent-Based Trading

KuCoin Web3 Wallet has introduced intent-based swaps and limit orders through a unified self-custodial trading interface.

In a press release shared with Cryptowisser, KuCoin noted that the upgrade integrates UniswapX, PancakeSwapX, and 1inch, giving users additional ways to trade supported cryptocurrencies and tokenized real-world assets directly within the wallet.

By bringing market swaps and target-price orders into one interface, KuCoin aims to reduce the need for users to navigate multiple decentralized applications and disconnected trading systems.

Web3 Wallets Expand Beyond Asset Storage

Web3 wallets are increasingly evolving from simple asset-storage tools into broader gateways for interacting with onchain markets.

Users can now discover tokens, connect with decentralized protocols and execute trades directly from their wallets. As these capabilities expand, the quality of the experience increasingly depends on how effectively transactions are priced, routed and settled.

KuCoin Web3 Wallet’s latest upgrade focuses on strengthening this execution layer while maintaining user control of assets through a self-custodial structure.

The integrations with UniswapX and PancakeSwapX allow eligible transactions to use intent-based execution.

Instead of specifying every technical step required to complete a trade, users define the outcome they want. Third-party fillers or solvers then compete to find and execute a route that satisfies those conditions.

Depending on the asset, blockchain network, available liquidity, and supported route, intent-based execution may provide users with:

  • Access to broader liquidity

  • More competitive price quotes

  • Gas-abstracted transactions

  • Protection against certain forms of adverse maximal extractable value

  • Reduced exposure to front-running and sandwich attacks

The availability and effectiveness of these benefits will vary according to market and network conditions.

1inch Integration Brings Limit Orders to the Wallet

KuCoin Web3 Wallet has also integrated 1inch technology to support limit orders.

Users can select a target price and set an expiration time for an order, allowing them to trade without continuously monitoring the market.

Each order is cryptographically signed and remains offchain until it is filled. This approach avoids placing the order itself on a blockchain before execution.

Market swaps and limit orders are both available through the same interface, providing users with a consistent workflow for immediate and target-price trades.

The upgrade also provides more flexible execution for eligible tokenized real-world assets.

Supported products may include blockchain-based assets referencing publicly traded stocks, exchange-traded funds, and other traditional financial instruments.

Users can access additional trading routes for these assets through the wallet, subject to factors including:

  • Issuer requirements

  • User eligibility

  • Regional restrictions

  • Blockchain network support

  • Market availability

  • Liquidity conditions

The integration gives qualifying users another way to interact with markets that combine traditional financial exposure with onchain infrastructure.

KuCoin Builds an All-in-One Self-Custodial Platform

The expanded trading infrastructure supports KuCoin Web3 Wallet’s goal of becoming an all-in-one platform for onchain activity.

By combining multichain connectivity, broader asset coverage and multiple execution methods, the wallet aims to connect users with both crypto-native markets and tokenized traditional assets.

The update also reflects a broader industry trend in which wallets are becoming full trading interfaces rather than simply tools for holding and transferring digital assets.

KuCoin Web3 Wallet is a self-custodial, multichain wallet and onchain access platform built for trading, market discovery, and asset management. It brings together cross-chain swaps, wallet-native perpetual trading, supported tokenized real-world assets, Smart Money insights, and DApps within one connected experience.

By integrating liquidity, execution, and discovery tools directly into the wallet, KuCoin Web3 Wallet helps users move from market insight to onchain action while retaining control of their assets and private keys.

With access to over 1,000 DApps and a dedicated airdrop hub featuring trending and newly listed tokens, KuCoin Web3 Wallet provides unified access to crypto-native and TradFi-linked onchain markets.
