KuCoin has added Arc support at mainnet launch, enabling eligible users to transfer USDC directly to applications focused on payments and programmable finance.

KuCoin Becomes Launch Partner for USDC Transfers on Arc

KuCoin has joined Arc as a mainnet launch partner, allowing eligible users to transfer USDC directly between the cryptocurrency exchange and the blockchain network from its first day of operation.

In a press release shared with Cryptowisser, KuCoin said the integration gives its users another route into an ecosystem designed for payments, treasury management, tokenized assets, and programmable financial services.

KuCoin Enables Direct USDC Transfers to Arc

Eligible KuCoin users can deposit and withdraw USDC through the Arc network without first moving their funds through a separate platform or blockchain bridge.

Reducing the number of required steps could make Arc-based applications more accessible while lowering the operational complexity associated with transferring assets between networks.

Users should confirm that they have selected Arc as the correct network before initiating a transaction, as sending funds through an unsupported or incorrect blockchain may result in losses.

Arc is designed to support financial activities moving from traditional systems onto blockchain infrastructure.

Its intended use cases include digital payments, corporate treasury operations, tokenized assets and programmable finance. USDC provides a dollar-denominated settlement asset for users and organizations interacting with supported applications on the network.

As a launch partner, KuCoin provides an exchange-based entry and exit point through which eligible customers can move USDC into and out of the Arc ecosystem.

Integration Could Support Institutional Workflows

The partnership is also intended to serve businesses and institutional users looking to fund eligible onchain activities.

Direct exchange connectivity may simplify treasury management by allowing organizations to acquire USDC and transfer it to Arc without navigating several external services.

However, the availability of particular applications, financial products and institutional workflows will depend on Arc’s development and the regulatory requirements applying to individual users.

KuCoin CEO BC Wong said reliable access will be critical to the next stage of blockchain adoption as traditional and onchain financial systems become increasingly connected.

Early exchange support can help new networks establish accessibility and market connectivity by giving users a familiar platform through which they can obtain and transfer supported assets.

The Arc integration forms part of KuCoin’s broader effort to expand the blockchain options available for stablecoin transfers and improve access to emerging onchain applications.
