The Kava Network announced via Twitter on Monday that it would postpone its Kava 12 mainnet launch again. The project has delayed the Kava 12 launch a few times in recent weeks, and the team said it had been advised to move back the event once again.

The upgrade was slated to take place on January 25th, but the Kava Network has now postponed it. A new date will be communicated to the community later this week. The Kava 12 network upgrade comes with several features, including Modular Emission Control, Enhanced Kava DAO Capabilities, and advances to Cosmos DAO Tech.

Kava aims to become the default DeFi platform by providing stablecoins and decentralized lending against all major crypto assets. KAVA is down by more than 3% in the last 24 hours and is trading at $1.028 at press time.
