The Immutable X team announced via Twitter on Tuesday that the Rooniverse game is set to build on its blockchain. Rooniverse is a F2P hyper-royale mobile game led by XP Foundry. The web3 arm of a AAA gaming studio with experience from Unity Studios to EA with over 120+ titles credited is now looking to build on the Immutable X network. Rooniverse is looking to onboard millions of mobile gamers together with a combination of chaotic, fun, and frictionless blockchain integrations, the team added.
Immutable X is an L2 scaling solution for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on Ethereum, with instant trading, massive scalability, and zero gas fees for minting and trading with shared security with the Ethereum mainnet. IMX is down by 7% today and is trading at $0.944 at press time.
