The Fantom Foundation announced in a tweet on Tuesday that its community has agreed to allow Gitcoin to deploy on the Fantom blockchain. Gitcoin is a platform that allows communities to come together to build and fund public goods. The team said to ensure all members of the Fantom ecosystem can participate, the grants program will be delayed while Gitcoin completes the integration.
Fantom is building a programmable platform on a directed acyclic-graph-based distributed ledger. Fantom’s FTM coin is down by more than 3% in the last 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.3453.
