The Kava Network announced on Wednesday via Twitter that the Ethereum Co-Chain Beta is now live on its network. The Ethereum Co-Chain comes with an upgraded Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) infrastructure, increased stability with additional validators and more than 20 protocols set to deploy on the network.
In a separate post on Friday, the Kava team said the Ethereum Co-Chain mainnet would launch on May 10, 2022.
Kava aims to become the default DeFi platform by providing stablecoins and decentralized lending against all major crypto assets. KAVA is up by less than 10% in the last 24 hours and is trading at $4.797 at press time.
