The HBAR Foundation, the development team behind the Hedera blockchain, announced via a blog post on Tuesday that the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts has launched Tejouri, a global digital vault, on the Hedera network.
The platform will enable the upload and secure storing of documents ranging from insurance contracts, title deeds, Wills, and financial certificates, to images and multimedia files and can be utilized by all individuals globally.
Hedera Hashgraph is distributed public ledger infrastructure. According to the team, it offers significant improvements over existing blockchains in five areas: performance, security, governance, stability, and regulatory compliance.
HBAR is trading at $0.0634 at press time, up by more than 9% over the last 24 hours.
