On Monday, the Immutable team announced via X that Civitas has launched on the Immutable blockchain. Civitas is a city-building strategy game that allows anyone to build an entire virtual civilization.

Players get to,

  • Build and govern their own city-state in a persistent online world

  • Shape their civilization's future with AR, onchain tools, and subDAO tech

  • Compete and create in an open-ended 4X MMO sandbox

Immutable X is an L2 scaling solution for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on Ethereum, with instant trading, massive scalability, and zero gas fees for minting and trading with shared security with the Ethereum mainnet. IMX is up 14.5% today, trading at $0.426 at press time.
