On Tuesday, the Avalanche Foundation announced via X that Kula leverages Avalanche to power its governance infrastructure, supporting smart contracts, treasury tracking, and capital allocation across its ecosystem.

Kula is a decentralized investment platform. It selected Avalanche because of its Layer 1 (L1) capabilities, near-instant finality, and ability to support high-performance smart contracts across a range of use cases.

Avalanche is an open-source platform for launching Decentralized Finance (DeFi) applications and enterprise blockchain deployments in an interoperable, highly scalable ecosystem.AVAX is down 7% today and currently trades at $16.03 per coin.
