The Algorand team announced in a tweet on Sunday that it has partnered with socio-environmental platform Premios Verdes. The team said the organizations commit to identifying the initiatives that are transforming the goods and services models and supporting them by providing strengthening programs, visibility platforms, and economic strategies that prioritize social justice and carbon neutrality.
Algorand is an open-source, permissionless, Pure Proof-of-Stake (PPoS) blockchain protocol for “the next generation of financial products”. As such, Algorand ensures "full participation, protection and speed within a truly decentralized network".
