Alchemy Pay Now Supports PayID in Australia

On Monday, the Alchemy Pay team announced via a blog post that it has integrated PayID, a real-time interbank payment service, into its payment network. This integration follows Alchemy Pay's successful registration as a Digital Currency Exchange Provider (DCEP) with AUSTRAC, the Australian government financial intelligence agency, enabling it to offer fiat-crypto exchange service within Australia compliantly.

By integrating PayID as one of its local payment methods, Alchemy Pay empowers Australian users to seamlessly convert local currency (AUD) into crypto assets. This integration paves the way for a streamlined onboarding process and opens new avenues for Australian crypto projects to drive market expansion.

Alchemy Pay is a payment system focused on retail transactions at the point of sale and peer-to-peer remittance. Users can make payments using fiat, stablecoins, and other cryptocurrencies on traditional payment systems. Alchemy Pay’s ACH token is down 1.7% in the last 24 hours and trades at $0.02371.
