On Friday, the Near Protocol announced via X that the Government of Bermuda is deploying AI-powered public services on NEAR AI's confidential inference infrastructure.
The partnership launches with a NEAR-powered AI assistant that keeps public servants’ personal data confidential. NEAR AI runs inference inside hardware-secured environments that even the infrastructure operator can't access.
The partnership will apply NEAR AI across government services where automated systems can reduce administrative workload and improve responsiveness to citizens.
