Tesla Is Holding Just Shy of $2 Billion In Bitcoin

Elon Musk’s Tesla recently gave an update on its Bitcoin (BTC) holding in a new SEC filing, which shows that the electric car giant now holds $1.99 billion in the cryptocurrency. 

Back in early 2021, Tesla committed to a Bitcoin investment of $1.5 billion. Not long after this, the car company started to accept cryptocurrency as a payment method for its vehicles. Although, this option was revoked soon after.
