Chainlink announced via Twitter on Wednesday that Shamba, a Web3 decentralized monitoring reporting and verification (DMRV) network, has integrated the Chainlink Any API. Shamba has integrated the Chainlink oracle across various networks, including Arbitrum, Avalanche, Polygon, Ethereum, and Optimism.
Using this ecological oracle, smart contracts can consume on-chain satellite data from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the European Space Agency (ESA), the Japanese Space Agency (JAXA), along with data from other providers, the team added.
Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is down by more than 6% over the past 24 hours and is trading at $6.721 at press time.
