HotoDoge NFT, the NFT project hosting the 2022 Qatar World Cup Digital Twin Arts Hackathon, announced in a Medium post on Tuesday that it has integrated Chainlink Verifiable Random Function (VRF) on Polygon mainnet.
The integration grants HotoDoge NFT access to a tamper-proof and auditable source of randomness needed to help fairly pick two winners. Ultimately this creates a more exciting and transparent user experience, as users have high assurances of a fair winner selection process, the team added.
Chainlink Network (LINK) aims to provide tamper-proof inputs and outputs of data for smart contracts on any blockchain. LINK is up by more than 3% over the past 24 hours and is trading at $6.519 at press time.
